Tips to reduce weight of your body:- Do daily exercise:
Doing daily exercise help to reduce weight of body but it need to be regular. Doing exercises daily also increase body stamina and keeps our body healthy and fit. It also keeps our body protected from so many diseases. So, we should do daily exercises.

- Daily skipping:

Sleeping is very important for our body, it is said that for resting our body physically sleeping is the best thing. We should take sleep of about 6-8 hours. If the sleep is continuous then it is more beneficial, otherwise take break sleep but take atleast six hours sleep.
- Try to sleep early in the night and wake up early in the morning:
Sleeping early in the night and waking up early in the morning is very beneficial for our body. It keeps our body away from stress and physically and mentally fit and healthy.
- Drink enough water:
Drinking water is very beneficial for our body and it also helps our body to fight against various diseases. We should drink about six to eight glass of water everyday. We can drink upto ten glasses of water everyday. But less than six glasses of water means we are inviting the disease to come to our body.
- Drink coffee:
Coffee is very healthy drink to be used for weight reducing. But we should take a limited amount of coffee everyday as excess of it will make more harmful effects on our body than its good effects. We can take a cup of coffee in the morning and a cup in the evening. It makes our body active and full of instant energy. It can be used at night to remain active during studies at late night.
- Take sufficient diet:
Many people start dieting to reduce their weight but it is not a right thing and we should take care of it that if don't eat any thing then it will not help us in reducing weight and in reducing belly rather it will provide more fat to our body. So, take care that we should never do such things. Infact we should reduce the amount continuously but with very less factor.
- Use stairs instead of lifts:
We should use stairs instead of lifts for moving up and down in large buildings. It makes our body more active. We should start using stairs from one floor and continue it until the day when you are able to move upto five floors using stairs. We use do daily practice of this and it will surely reduce your weight in three to four months .
- Have some walk in every two hours:
In the present time mostly people do sitting work in office. So, sitting make our body imperfect and we should make a habit of moving about hundred meters after every two hours of sitting work. You can increase or decrease the distance and the time according to you.
